Sibelius Guides
You can add all of the details in the new score layout section. For example, page sizes, time signature, key signature, names, number of players (instruments), etc. There’s a lot of tabs selection on top of it, Home, Note Input, Notations, Text, Play, Layout, Appearance, Parts, Review, View. For example, if you want to change your key/time signatures, clef, symbols etc, you can select Notations at the top bar and make changes.
I personally feel that Sibelius are more user friendly and good for beginner to start with. Feel free to ask me anything if you have any questions.
I have included Keyboard Shortcut for speeding up your workflow as well. Enjoy! =)
